Malvasia Dileo

This wine is produced after a careful selection of the best Istrian Malvasia grapes. This wine ferments and ages in a non-vitrified concrete barrel. This is how the Dileo selection Malvasia is produced, a new wine with an even wider aromatic range, with floral hints that mix with fruity tones. The hints of aromatic herbs, sage, apple and apricot stand out. Sapid and mineral flavours mix in the mouth with a nice fruity finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon Dileo

This prestigious reserve is the result of a careful selection of the best Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which grow in the “old vineyards” of the Castelvecchio estate. Produced only in the best vintages, it is a structured and significant wine. Maturation and refinement take place in containers of different capacities (barrique and tonneau) for a period of at least 3 years. Our Dileo Cabernet Sauvignon represents the best expression of the synergy between a great international vine and the particularly favorable conditions of the karst terroir.

Sagrado Rosso

This important cuvée comes from a cuvée of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Terrano of the best vintages. The individual barrels (barriques) are selected one by one and, after aging in wood for three years, they are blended and bottled. The resutl is a rich, ethereal, balanced red wine of great softness. It is warm, velvety, suitable for demanding palates and those looking for wines with personality. Recommended for important occasions.
