Historical evidence confirms that as early as 1578 vineyards and the olive trees thrived on the karst hills where the Villa Veneta estate was built starting in 1700. The estate is now called Azienda Agricola Castelvecchio and is owned by the Terraneo family.
Since 2013 the company has chosen a sustainable and low environmental impact viticulture.
