Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon is the most structured and important wine of our production and comes from the last grapes harvested at the end of October. The colour is ruby red and it has an intense and harmonious perfume, enriched with myriads of shades that evolve with the ageing. The flavour is full and elegant. It perfectly accompanies meats of every kind.

Cabernet Franc

The herbaceous note that characterizes this red wine of great class fades with ageing, becoming ethereal, with composite tonalities. The initial faming ruby colour melts with time into silken aristocratic reflections. The bouquet maintains the herbaceous fragrance of the wooden barrel even in the bottle. The taste is generous, soft, and velvety. It can be perfectly served with white roasted meat and wild game fowl.

Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso

Refosco is a red wine that originated from an ancient vine of Friuli Venezia Giulia. This deep ruby-red wine expresses an ethereal, slightly vinous bouquet that is full of personality. The flavour is dry, full, with body and vaguely bitter. Roasts and game are particularly enhanced by this wine, which is also ideal to accompany other robust dishes typical of Friulian cuisine.

Terrano

Known since Roman times with the name of Pucinum, the Terrano is considered a wine that is good for the health because of its iron content. It stands out for the exuberance of its malic acidity, the wild fragrances of raspberry and blackberry and the typical intense ruby red colour, with shades of violet, for the fact that it is bottled six to eight months after harvest, which allows it to express all of its typical traits. The limited tannin content and moderate alcohol content, albeit with considerable acidity, make it an averagely well-structured wine, ideal with cold cuts and typical dishes of the Karst plateau.
