The aging cellar for t he red wines consists of two functional and refined rooms: the first is located underneath the main cellar. The other, which is made of stone, is completely buried underneath the vineyard, and is used for the aging of the most prestigious reds.
The wine is refined here, in this temple of taste, for two or three years in more than 500 wooden barrels of hundred of various origins.
